TeoSys offers a gas cabinet specially designed to work with our systems and to operate up to three laser machining at a time.

 

Full size gas cabinet designed to meet NYC fire code for hazardous materials.

Cabinet will hold up to two 6,000 liter bottles of laser gas mix.

Meets California earthquake construction code requirements.

Ultra stable dual stage regulator system.  

TankMinderTM feature which, in conjunction with system controller, will eliminate possibility of operating laser systems with insufficient gas pressure.

Fluorine compatible gas handling system designed specifically to handle ultra pure laser gas mix.

Triple output ports with monitor gauges and cutoff valves – provides ability to supply gas to as many as three separate systems. (Option to handle four separate laser systems)

Integrated purge system provides ability to evacuate contaminants.

Internal light to ease gauge viewing.

 Integrated ventilation fan and port to maintain minimum air flow of 50 cfm.

 Class 1000 clean room compatible

 

               

 

Wide viewing panel to provide clear observation of a panel components.

5 Bolts to permit bolting of the cabinet to the floor and/or the wall.

Cabinet doors are removable for access and shipping.

Optional access door for safe closing of any valve in the event of a hazardous/toxic gas leak.
